Brainstorm ideas/plot of PT2

• Abduction

• With having an induction short film this will make it so easy to add in our chase-scene 
• This film will create suspense and worry for the viewers 
• Girl abducted - the little girl being abducted will come across quite weak, scared and vulnerable 
• The man abducting the girl will come across as strong, unafraid, powerful and come across as weird, scary, less vulnerable.

Our main plot idea 

A large, tall man offers a young, small girl a lollie. He invites her to walk with him to his car where the lollie is. She happily goes along with him. Soon after handing her the lollie which is the object that is given, he then invites her to get into his car. She has a discovery moment, and remembers how no one should ever take a lollie from or get into a car with a stranger, and so she realises that perhaps this man is a danger to be around. This will be symbolised by her dropping the lollie onto the ground, looking up at him worriedly and nervous, and politely say, "Um, no... thank, ... you... no.. thanks." (a bit of a stutter - sound revealing her nervousness) [we may use a close-up shot of her face revealing her worry, and then a low-angle shot looking up at the man revealing his superiority and her vulnerability in this moment]. He will then try and grab her, in which she will begin running away at a high speed - the chase scene of him chasing after her. This chase-sequence will be followed by him managing to catch up to her and pick her up, with her hitting her head against his on accident, hurting herself. He will carry her, at pace, to his car, shove her inside, and drive off. [Extreme close-up of his face as he carries her to reveal his determination and awful character - pale face, blue rings under his eyes, really strange man].

Dialogue:

Strange man:
“Hey sweets, where’s your mom?”

Little girl:
“In the bathroom” *points to the bathroom*

Strange man:
“Oh well in that case while you’re waiting for her would you like some lollies?”

Little girl:
*nods with a smile*

Strange man:
“Alrighty then, come for a walk with me and you can pick out some lollies that you’d like, pick some out for your mom as well”

Little girl:
*follows the strange man to his van*
*picks out some lollies for her and her mom*

Strange man:
“And how about a drive around the block to kill some time while you’re waiting for your mom?”

Little girl:
“Umm... no... no thank you... I should be... getting back to her”
*drops the lollie, runs away screaming “MOMMMYYYYYYYY”*

(The chase scene then begins - where the strange man runs and fetches the little girl and picks her up and puts her in the car).
